Gold ticked lower on Thursday, slipping from two-week highs hit in the previous session.Spot gold inched 0.2 percent lower at $4,122.49 per ounce as of 0515 GMT, having climbed to $4,165.87 in the last session, its highest since 7th July. The US gold futures for August delivery fell 0.6 per cent to $4,125.30.Spot silver was down 0.1 per cent at $59.66 per ounce, while platinum gained 0.5 per cent to $1,652.53 and palladium rose 0.5 per cent to $1,297.61.WAM
